开天门手法对治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨开天门手法对脑卒中后抑郁治疗的作用。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例脑卒中后抑郁症患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均施行常规治疗、护理，治疗组加用开天门手法治疗与帕罗西汀常规剂量口服，对照组单纯予帕罗西汀常规剂量口服。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及Barthel指数评定脑卒中后抑郁症状的改善情况。结果：治疗组脑卒中后抑郁症状的改善情况明显优于优于对照组（P〈0．05）。①抑郁状态：治疗组治疗后汉密顿抑郁量表量评分明显改善（P〈0．05）。②日常生活活动能力：治疗组治疗后Barthel指数较治疗前升高，也高于对照组治疗后（P〈0．05）。治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论：应用开天门手法配合帕罗西汀治疗能够改善脑卒中后抑郁症患者的精神状况，对日常生活活动能力的恢复有促进作用，效果优于单纯药物治疗组。

Results： After treats the group apoplexy, the de- spondent symptom^s improvement situation surpasses the control group obviously （P^0.05）. （DDespondent condition： The treat- ment group treats the Eastern Han Dynasty dense despondent meter quantity grading distinct improvement （P〈0.05）. Treatment group discovery obvious untoward effect. Conclusion.. After applies the fontanel technique coordination handkerchief Rowsey sand- bank treatment can improve the apoplexy, the depression patient＇s energetic condition, has the promoter action to the daily life en- ergy＇ss restoration, the effect surpasses the pure pharmacological treatment group.
