Metapex糊剂用于年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察用Metapex糊剂用于根尖诱导成形术中的疗效。方法:随机选择58例患者64颗牙根尖发育未完成,牙髓病变已波及根髓、牙髓已坏死或并发根尖周炎的年轻恒牙,用Metapex糊剂进行根尖诱导,观察其根尖发育情况,随访4年。结果:成功24例(占37.5%)、进步37例(占57.81%)、失败3例(占4.69%),总有效率61例(占95.31%)。结论:Metapex糊荆是一种较理想的根尖诱导制剂。 Objective: Observes with the Metapex cataplasma uses in the root point induction forming technique the curative effect. Methods:The random selection 58 example patient 64 root point growth has not completed, the dental pulp pathological change has affected the root marrow, dental pulp already necrosis or and the roots of the hair point Zhou ~an young permanent tooth, carries on the root point induction with the Metapex cataplasma, observes its sharp growth situation, makes a follow--up visit for 4 years. Results:Succeeds 24 examples (to account for 37.5%), to progress 37 examples (to account for 57.81%), to be defeated 3 examples (to account for 4.69%), the total effectiveness 61 examples (account for 95.31%). Conclusion:The Metapex cataplasma is one kind of ideal root point induction preparation.
