中药熏洗配合康复训练对膝关节前韧带重建术后疗效观察

目的：分析关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后的中药熏洗配合康复训练的疗效观察。方法：将80例前交叉韧带重建术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组，对照组采用常规术后康复训练护理，观察组在常规术后康复训练的基础上加入中药熏洗。结果：80例患者中，加入中药熏洗的观察组，效果明显优于常规的对照组。结论：中药熏洗可促进肢体血液循环，疏通经络，减轻疼痛与肿胀，促进术后早日康复。

Objection： Analysis arthroscopie surgery for anterior crueiate ligament reconstruction with herbal fumigation curative effect of rehabilitation training. Methods：After before 80 examples, overlapping ligament reconstruction technique, the patient divides into the control group and the observation group two groups stochastically, after the control group uses conventional technique, is restored to health training nursing, the observation group after the conventional technique is restored to health in the training foundation to join the traditional Chinese medicine to smoke washes. Results：In 80 example patients, joins the observation group which the traditional Chinese medicine smokes wa- shes, the effect surpasses conventional obviously the control group. Conclusions： Herbal fumigation members can promote blood circulation, relieve pain and meridians, swelling, promote the postoperative recover soon.
