脊髓背角会聚神经元放电的微机处理系统

摘要 本文应用美国Cromemco System two微型计算机,建立了神经元放电的微机处理系统。该系统可进行联机(on Line Processing)或脱机(offline Processing)处理。微电极引导的神经元放电经放大,分别输给示波器、监听器、磁带数据记录仪,并经我们设计制做的接口线路板输给微型计算机D+7A 输入输出8位并行数字接口板,自编程序循环监测数字输入口第3位(采样周期0.1ms),将每一个放电的时间存入内存,完成预定采样时间后,程序自动屏幕显示实验结果。连续进行十个系列采样之后,将原始结果存入磁盘,并进行刺激后频率系列密度分析,打印机输出实验结果,X—Y记录仪绘制频率点图以及十次反应的刺激后系列密度叠加柱状图(PSTH)。本文列举了部分实验结果。该系统稍加修改,便可满足不同实验的需要。 This papers describes a microcomputer system of recording and analysing the discharge of the neuron. This system can treat the discharge on line processing or off line processing. The single action potentials of the neuron were induced by glass microelectrodes. The neural responses were fed through the conventional amplification to an oscilloscope, audio monitor, magnetic data tape and voltage discriminator of self—manufactured board. The output of the valtage discriminator were fed to parallel input bit 3 of D+7A I/O module of microcomputer. The self-making programs were detectedbit 3 by cycle. The time of every spike was stored and displayed on the seren. when the ten serial experiments is scheduled for completion, the resulting were analysed by the programs. Then stored in nugnstic disc and output through printer and X-Y plotter, including post stimulatus time histograms ( PSTH ). There were some resulting of our experiments in the papers. The microcomputer system of treating the neural spike could correcte for necessary of another experiments.
