摘要
产业结构的调整是推动中国经济可持续发展的关键因素之一,工业化和产业化是推动产业升级的重要内生力量,而经济周期对产业结构的演变也具有外生的力量。尽管经济周期和产业结构的调整不具有直接的相关性,但经济周期的不同阶段却为产业结构的演变提供了外在环境。处在经济萧条阶段,是产业结构和经济结构调整的战略机遇期,政府必须抓住机遇,深化改革,实现保增长与调结构的"双赢"局面。
Industrial restructuring is one of the key issues in sustainable economic development in China, industrialization and industrial application are an important endogenous force of industrial structure upgrade, and business cycle has an exogenous effect on the evolution of industrial, structure. Although business cycle does not have a direct bearing on industrial restructuring, its different phases provide the external environment for the evolution of industrial restructuring. The recession period is a period of strategic opportunities for industrial and economic restructuring, when the government must grasp the opportunities to deepen reform, and achieve a ‘win-win ＇ situation integrating sustaining economic growth and economic restructuring.
