低氧和中草药作用后的家兔肺泡Ⅲ型细胞电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 肺泡Ⅱ型细胞是肺泡上皮中主要细胞之一。随着对其研究的逐渐深入,发现该细胞对正常肺脏功能行使起着举足轻重的作用。至于在高原低氧环境下,Ⅱ型细胞会发生哪些形态结构上的变化,已有人做过一些观察报道。但是,上述文献多属描述性观察报道,缺乏定量分析资料。我们的工作正是为了弥补这方面的不足,同时也为今后的形态定量分析积累一些参考数值,实验中除了观察记录之外,还测量分析了肺泡Ⅱ型细胞的七项指标。实验结果如下:高原实验动物的Ⅱ型细胞体确有增大,微绒毛减少,长度变短,线粒体数量增加(上述几项指标,P值均小于0.05)。另外还发现,抗缺氧药物——异叶青兰对低氧环境下Ⅱ型细胞的结构变化是有影响的,主要表现为,用药后的Ⅱ型细胞内板层体数量减少(P<0.05)。关于低氧和异叶青兰的作用机制还有待深入探讨。 The pulmonary type H cens are one of the main kind of alveolar epithelium, Being advancely researched, it has discovered that the cells p]ay an important role in the function of the lungs. Studies have been done to wether the hypoxic environment at high altitude responsible to the morphological changes of the type II cells,though most of the articles are solely qualititivejy discriptive and lack of structural measurments and the analyses of the data. Our work was to complete the defect of the works. During the experiment, the observations were taken including the seven main measurments. The results are as follows: the volume of the type II cells increased; the density of the microvilli rarer and their length shorter on account of the high altitude (P<0.05). In addition, we found that the hypoxia-resistant herb, can produce the ultrastructural changes of type II cens, prominent on the decrease of the number of the lamenar bodies ( P<0.05). The mechanizm of the hypoxia and herb' to the ceus needs further study.
