摘要
用正丁醇从芦笋中提取出了多种皂角甙类化合物，经薄层层析并用磷钼酸显色，发现芦笋中存在至少有６种以上的皂角甙类化合物。经硅胶柱层析纯化，分离出了２种皂角甙化合物。组分Ａ的Ｒｆ（Ｒｅｍｏｖｅｆａｃｔｏｒ）值为０７２，组分Ｂ的Ｒｆ值为０２６。
Many kinds of saponins had been extracted from asparagus by butyl alcohol.After thin layer chromatography,the thin plate were coloured with phospho molybdic acid.More than 6 kinds of saponins in asparagus had been discovered. By silica column chromatoraphy,two kinds of saponins had been isolated. The Rf (remove factor) value of component A is 0.72.The Rf value of component B is 0.26.This will supply a substance fundament for studing their structure and biological function.
