摘要
目的：以血脂康为对照，观察银杏叶片对老年原发性高脂血症患者的调脂作用。方法：将95例患者例随机分为两组。治疗组61例，口服银杏叶片2片，一日3次；对照组34例，口服血脂康，每次2粒，口服，每日3次。结果：治疗12周末，治疗组在降低总胆固醇（TO）、甘油三酯（TG）及升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）方面优于对照组。结论：银杏叶片对血脂代谢异常有明显治疗作用。
Objective To Xuezhikang as the control to observe the; effect of GBE on elderly patients with primary hyperlipidemia lipid. Methods 95 patients were randomized into two groups. Treatment group, 61 cases of oral Ginkgo biloba 2 tablets a day three times; control group, 24 cases, oral Xuezhikang each 2 capsules orally, 3 times a day. Results： 12 weekends, the treatment group in reducing total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） and increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） better than the control group. Conclusion： The effect of GBE on lipid metabolism obvious therapeutic effects.
