膈肌形态与功能研究进展

Advances on the feature and function of diaphragm

目的:总结近25年间膈肌形态与功能的研究进展。方法:检索、收集和分析PubMed、CNKI中国学术期刊全文数据库等关于膈肌形态与功能研究的文献。结果:膈肌是重要的呼吸肌,但膈肌形态与功能的深入研究多通过动物实验阐述。结论:膈肌作为呼吸系统一些病理因素的靶器官,在病理因素存在时将发生形态和功能的改变。

Objective：To review the advances of diaphragm on the study of its feature and function in last 25 years.Methods：The files dealing with the feature and function of diaphragm has been searched and collected from PubMed and CNKI database and then analized.Results：The diaphragm is the most important breathing muscle, but the study about the feature and function of diaphragm is common in animal experiment mostly.Conclusions：As the target organ, the change of diaphragmatic structure and function will take place under the influence of some pathological factors in breath system.
