摘要
21世纪以来,在政府重视及多方努力下,新疆少数民族基础教育获得了巨大发展,但是距"民汉兼通"人才培养目标仍有很大的差距。要提高少数民族基础教育质量,应进一步促进双语教育的协调发展,启发"双语"教师文化自觉、因地制宜地选择"双语"教学模式、开发建设本土"双语"教材和探究"双语"教学方法,只有这样,才能促进新疆少数民族基础教育的全面发展。
Since the 20th century,under the help of the government and with the joint efforts of all sides,great achievements have been made in elementary education in Xinjiang.However,there is still a long way to go to reach the goal of training talents competent in both Chinese and ethnic languages.In order to improve the quality of elementary education for ethnic minorities,we should further promote coordinate development of bilingual education,stimulate cultural awareness of bilingual teachers,select bilingual teaching model according to local conditions,develop local bilingual teaching materials and explore bilingual teaching methods.Only by doing so,can we promote the overall development of elementary education for ethnic minorities in Xinjiang.
