浅析公共事业管理专业存在的问题及建设思路

Analysis of Problems in Public Utilities Management Specialty and Ideas of Development

本文以公共事业管理专业建设作为研究对象,首先介绍了国外相关专业设置及其特色,然后分析了国内公共事业管理专业发展现状及关于人才培养出路的争论,提出了我国公共事业管理人才的培养目标。认为应从突出专业特色、优化课程设置、充实师资队伍、夯实实践教学、拓宽就业口径等几方面加强我国公共事业管理专业的建设。

This paper makes a study on the specialty of Public Utilities Management,introduces specialty provision of international universities,analyzes the present development of the specialty in domestic universities as well as debates on way out for talent training,and puts forwards talent training objectives in China.We think that the specialty should be constructed in aspects of highlighting characteristics,optimizing curriculum,developing teaching team,carrying out practice teaching and expanding employment.
