论少数民族地区高等师范院校音乐院系的培养目标

On Training Objectives of School or Department of Music of Normal Universities in Ethnic Minority Regions

我国已进入多元文化社会,这必然对教育改革和发展提出相应的要求。面对多元文化社会,民族地区高等师范院校音乐院系的培养目标必须作出相应的调整。为实现这一目标,本文以文献分析、理论思考、实地考察和预测研究等方法,提出多元文化社会是民族地区高等师范院校音乐院系培养目标的现实基础。针对音乐院系培养目标过于技术化和专业化的问题,应注重培养目标的文化化、民族化、地方化和国际化。

China as well as ethnic regions have entered a multi-cultural society.This poses a challenge to educational reform and development.In this multi-cultural society,the training objectives of school or department of music of normal universities in ethnic regions should be readjusted.In order to realize this goal,this paper,based on literature analysis,theoretical thinking,field investigation and predictive research points out that the multi-cultural society is the basis of realizing training objectives.In making training objectives,school or department of music should attach importance to cultural,ethnic,local and international characteristics in order to avoid making them over technical and professional.
