摘要
中小企业图书资料管理服务运行机制存在机制、管理不规范性、图书管理人员脱离企业实践等不足,创新建立管理服务运行机制应在转变管理模式、推进数字化进程、开发深层次情报信息、开展多层次、多形式的信息服务等方面寻求对策。
There exists the inefficiency of the mechanism and management,and the library staff cut themselves from the enterprise practices in the working mechanism of the managerial service in medium-sized and small enterprises.The innovations of setting up the working mechanism of managerial service should seek solutions from the aspects of transforming the mode of management,advancing the course of digitalization,developing the deep-level intelligence and launching to multi-level and multi-form information service.
