新疆鄯善县不孕症患者相关情况分析

Analysis on related condition of patients with infertility in Shanshan county of Xinjiang

目的:了解新疆鄯善县不孕症患者的相关心理及需求情况。方法:随机抽取新疆鄯善县20～45岁育龄期妇女610例,采用面访方法,由被调查人员到计划生育服务站接受调查,由调查员填写调查表。结果:在鄯善县及其3个乡中,筛查出不孕症妇女144例。其中原发不孕91例,继发不孕53例。大多数不孕症患者有治疗的愿望,但由于经济情况、路途遥远及不知道去哪里就医等原因;很多人没有得到及时的诊断及治疗,甚至放弃了就医。并且,不孕症患者在心理上存在压力,结论:目前鄯善县不孕症患者有获取知识和治疗的需求,有一定的心理压力,应加强对不孕人群的生殖健康教育。

Objective： To understand the related mental condition and requirement of patients with infertility in Shanshan county of Xinjiang. Methods ： 610 women aged 20 - 45 years old of child - bearing age were selected randomly, then they were interviewed face - to - face in Family Planning Service Station, questionnaires were finished by the investigators. Results： Among three villages in Shanshan county, 144 women with infertility were screened out, including 91 women of primary infertility and 53 women of secondary infertility. Most of the infertile women had the desire to cure infertility, because of economic factors, far away from hospitals and not knowing where to see a doctor and so on, many patients didnt receive timely diagnosis and treatment, or gave up. Besides, infertile patients had mental stress. Conclusion： The infertile patients have the desire to acquire knowledge and treatment in Shanshan county, but they have mental stress, the reproductive health education of infertile population should be strengthened.
