高危型人乳头瘤病毒检测在诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变中的应用

Application of high risk HPV detection in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的:探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Hr-HPV)检测在诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中的应用。方法:2008年6月～2009年6月间102例患者,采用第二代杂交捕获技术检测HPV的感染情况,比较不同级别的高危型人乳头瘤病毒(CINHr-HPV)的感染情况及各级间的差异。结果:CINⅠ级、CINⅡ级和CINⅢ级Hr-HPV的负荷量及Hr-HPV的阳性表达率明显高于炎症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CINⅡ级和CINⅢ级Hr-HPV的负荷量及Hr-HPV的阳性表达率明显高于CINⅠ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hr-HPV感染与宫颈癌前病变及子宫颈癌密切相关,其病毒载量和阳性表达率随宫颈病变的严重程度增加呈上升趋势。

Objective： To explore the application of high risk human papillomavirus （HPV） （ Hr - HPV ） detection in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） . Methods： The infection states of Hr-HPV of 102 patients were detected by second -generation hybrid capture technology from June 2008 to June 2009, the infection states and differences were compared among different grades of CIN Hr - HPV. Results ： The loading doses and positive expression rates of Hr - HPV in CIN Ⅰ , CIN Ⅱ and CIN Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in inflammation group （ P 〈 0. 05） . The loading doses and positive expression rates of Hr - HPV in CIN Ⅱ and CIN Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in CIN Ⅰ （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： The infection of Hr - HPV is related to precancerous lesions of uterine cervix and cervical cancer closely, the loading dose and positive expression rate of Hr - HPV increase with the aggravation of cervical lesions.
