摘要
2009年1月2日在教育部网站上公布的《教育部2009年工作要点》之一就是"开展化解高校债务风险工作"。本文通过分析高校债务的成因,提出了化解高校债务的对策。
On the 2nd January, 2009, the ministry of education announced its main work points on its official website, one of which is to set about the work of solving the crisis of university debt. By analyzing the original causes of university debt, this article proposes the countermeasures of solving the problem of university debt.
