轨道运输是矿山生产中的关键部分,而其安全性尤其重要。在轨道运输中,一旦发生绞车安全事故,将造成严重的人员伤亡及重大的经济损失。绞车作为矿山井下主要提升设备,掌握其性能特点并在矿山井下恶劣的环境当中做好日常维护,保证其正常运转,在生产使用中不断地进行改进,从而使绞车保护功能更加完善以实现安全生产,具有重要的现实意义。本文结合鹤矿集团南山煤矿和平煤集团二矿掘进二队对绞车的改造情况,着重阐述绞车安全改造和日常维护注意事项方面的改进。

It is significant to master the characteristics, make daily maintenance and keep them running well and improve the function during production ensuring the protect function of winch perfect and produce safely. Combining the winch improvement of Hegang group Nanshan coal mine with the second team of PingMei Group, the safety transformation of winch and the considerations of daily maintenance are given.
