Collection and Management of Urban Construction Video File

随着不断发展的城市建设进程,反映城市建设情况和原始面貌的照片、录像等不同载体的档案将会越来越多,如不及时解决这部分档案在收集和管理上面临的问题,势必会严重影响新时期档案工作的开展。因此,必须引起各级领导、档案管理部门和有关人员的高度重视。对此,作为城建档案工作者有责任和义务主动、及时、全面地去收集、去整理,并进行统一的集中管理。

As the development of urban construction, the photos and videos files which reflect the urban construction original appearance increase more, if we don＇t deal with the problems of collection and management of these files, the file work operation will be affected seriously. Therefore, it should be paid attention by leadership at different levels and file management staff. Urban construction file staff have the responsibilities and duty to collect, tidy and manage initiatively and promptly.
