随着我国经济改革的进一步深入,勘察市场竞争越来越激烈。低价中标使许多勘察单位不愿意采用先进手段和先进设备。近年来,勘察技术进步有停滞不前的趋势。许多与工程密切相关的课题得不到解决。
As the further deepening of our country＇s economic reform, the competition of investigation market is becoming more and more fierce. Low-bid makes the units unwilling to buy the advanced equipment which caused investigation technology at a standstill trend and many tasks related with engineer couldn＇t be completed.
