黑白花奶牛发情周期血液中各种生殖激素含量及其变化

Concentration and Its Variational Regularity of Follicule stimulating Hormone(FSH),Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Progesterone(P4),17β—oestradiol in the Peripheral Blood of Dairy Cows During the Oestrous Cycle

用放射免疫测定法（ＲＩＡ），测定了７头黑白花奶牛发情周期血液中促卵泡素（ＦＳＨ）、促黄体素（ＬＨ）、孕酮（Ｐ４）、雌二醇１７β的含量及其变化规律，为研究黑白花奶牛的生殖生理激素之间消长的协调关系和进行生物技术研究提供理论依据。

The concentrations of four kinds of reproductive hormone of FSH,LH,P4,E2 in the peripheral blood of seven dairy cows are measured by radioimmunoassay throughout the oestrous cycle.The elementary data of these four hormones and the relation of the variation among these four hormones are unraveled through this experiment.
