工程保证金对规范承包商行为有着重要作用,现简要阐述了工程保证金概念及作用,并探讨其提交方式及标准、工程保证金的保留期限及返还等问题。
Construction guarantee money plays important role in regulating the Contractor＇s action. The concept and function of guarantee money are stated. The delivery type, standard, retention period and return of construction guarantee money are discussed.
