摘要
控制工程项目成本,提高经济效益是施工企业经营最终的追求目标,也是企业生存与发展的根本保证。项目成本控制的根本目的在于通过成本管理的各种手段,达到实现最低的目标成本的要求。分析了施工企业成本控制的重要作用,并指出了成本控制的有效途径。
Control project cost and increase economic efficiency is the ultimate aim for the construction enterprise; they are also the fundamental guarantee for survival and development of the enterprises. The basic purpose of the construction cost control is to achieve the minimum cost requirements by various means. The important role of cost control in the construction enterprises is analyzed and the effective ways of cost control are pointed out.
