摘要
哥本哈根气候大会之后,"低碳"成了热议的焦点。房地产行业在经历2009年的动荡之后,2010年也面临"低碳地产"发展的转型。本文首先对我国房地产行业发展低碳经济的必要性进行简单介绍。然后分析了我国房地产行业在发展低碳经济的过程中面临的限制性因素,主要从对低碳的认知程度、技术创新能力、金融创新支持和制度性障碍四个方面加以阐述,最后提出了我国房地产行业发展低碳经济的一些建议。
After the Copenhagen conference on climate change,Low-carbon becomes a hot issue,so the Real-estate Industry also faces the transition to Low-carbon estate after the turmoil in 2009.Firstly,this paper introduces the necessity for Real-estate Industry to develop Low-carbon economy,then it analyses the limiting factors in this transition course,mainly from the following four aspects: awareness of Low-carbon, technological innovation capacity, support of China's financial institution and institutional barriers.Finally,this paper proposes some suggestions for how to develop low-carbon economy in Real-estate Industry.
