摘要
从现代医院财务管理的重要意义及工作目标出发,分析了目前医院财务管理工作的普遍问题及原因,并结合笔者的实际工作经验,提出了加强现代医院财务工作的具体措施,以做到确立财务管理在医院管理工作中的核心地位,实现市场经济下,医院经济效益与社会效益的最大化。
Starting from the importance and objectives of modern financial management of hospital, analysing causes of common problems of the financial management of the hospital, combining the author＇s practical experience, this paper proposes specific measures to strengthen the work of contemporary hospital finance , in order to establish the core position of financial management in hospital management work to maximize economic and social benefits under market economy.
