摘要
绩效管理对于大多数企业而言,已不是什么新鲜词,但在实践中却成为最令管理者头疼的问题之一,也少见在这方面做得出色的案例,大部分企业都或多或少地面临这样的困境:尽管理论上绩效管理效用巨大,但在实践中却不得不面对绩效管理劳而无功的现实。本文从绩效管理过程的首要环节——指标如何设计的角度,思考了企业如何更好地做好绩效管理工作。
Performance Management for the majority of enterprises, is not new word, but in practice it has become one of the most troublesome problems for managers, and there is rare case that performance management is done well. Most of enterprises more or less face the dilemma: While the utility of performance management in theory is great, but in practice they have to face the reality that performance management is working hard but no avail. In this paper, the author started from the first part of the performance management process - bow to design the indicators, to think of how to do a better lob of enterprise performance management.
