精益六西格玛在装备维修保障中的应用研究

The Study on the Application of Lean Six Sigma in Equipment Maintenance Guarantee

我军装备保障体制中存在保障力量不足和高新技术装备维修效率不高的情况。精益六西格玛采用"定义——测量——分析——改进——控制"流程,并在实施中加入了精益的哲理、方法和工具,通过对流程的分析与改进能显著提高质量和效率,本文对精益六西格玛在装备维修保障中的应用方法进行了研究,能够减少装备维修过程中的浪费与变异,从而提高装备维修效率,保障作战(训练)任务的完成。

There are some circs in the equipment maintenance guarantee system of our army, the circs including the insufficiency of support force and the low efficiency in the maintenance of high new technical equipment. Lean Six Sigma adopts the flow ＂Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control＂, and joins the philosophic theory, means, tools of Lean into the implemention, through the analysis and amelioration, it can enhance the product quality and the produce efficiency. This article studies on the application of Lean Six Sigma in Equipment Maintenance Guarantee, it can reduce the waste and variation, then enhance the equioment maintenance efficiency, ensure the task accomolishment of campaign （diseioline）.
