摘要
研究了建设项目施工阶段价值工程合同,探讨了价值工程合同概念、价值工程变更提案的操作流程、价值工程变更节余的确定、发包人和承包人之间如何分享节余,以及价值工程合同争议解决办法。建议政府主管部门、立法机关、行业协会等部门制定专门的价值工程合同条款。
This paper studied value engineering contract in the stage of construction for building project and discussed the concept of value engineering contracts, the operation flow of value engineering variation proposal, the identification of value engineering variation savings , and how to share the savings between the contracting and the contractor, and gave settlements about value engineering contract.
