摘要
对饲用酶制剂在畜牧业中的应用进行了综述，涉及到饲用酶制剂研究、开发、应用的历史；酶制剂的种类及作用特点；饲用酶制剂应用的生物学依据；饲用酶制剂在畜牧业中的应用效果以及研究方向。添加酶制剂可降低饲料成本，提高养殖业的经济效益，因而饲用酶制剂在实现畜牧业的可持续发展战略中有着极为广阔的应用前景。
Application of feed enzyme preparations in animal husbandry is summarized. The history of feed enzyme preparations on research,development and application,the variety and action characteristics, biologic foundation of application, application results in animal husbandry,research direction on enzyme preparations are discussed in this paper. Feed cost is reduced and economic benefit of animal husbandry is raised in diets supplemented enzyme. Therefore,there is vast application vistas on feed enzyme preparations in realing steady development of animal husbandry.
