摘要
传统的螺纹加工方法主要为采用普通车床或数控车床车削螺纹、采用丝锥、板牙手工攻螺纹及套螺纹,但在产品结构和加工精度受限制的情况下,螺纹加工不能采用上述方法时,利用数控系统中圆弧插补指令G02/G03和宏程序来完成数控加工程序的编制并在加工中心上实现铣螺纹加工。
Traditionally, screw thread processing methods inlude milling by engine lathe or numerical control lathe as well as by taps or handoperated screwing dies. However, due to the existing restrictions on the product structure and processing precision the traditional way no longer works. Therefore, the writer thereby proposes a new method, that is, to adopt interpolation instruction G02/G03 and macro program in the numerical control system to conduct the processing programming and then complete screw thread milling.
