摘要
利用天然气燃烧产生的气体作为热介质,在恒速干燥最后阶段,加入微波辅助加热,利用微波加热的特点,加快内部水分向外部扩散的速率,这样可以大大缩短降速干燥阶段时间。
Combustion gas produced by natural gas as heating medium, microwave was applied to heat in the final stage of constant rate drying in this machine design. Microwave heating can rapidly improve the diffusive rate of water from inside to outside materials. Therefore, this device can greatly reduce the drying time in the falling rate stage.
