本文对大学生如何高效申报科研立项做了系统性的规划,主要从三方面阐述了科研申报流程及注意事项。重点突出了如何选题、高效书写申报书的有效策略;并以自身实践为基础论述了科研流程。通过对科研立项的系统规划和分析,激励大学生积极加入科研队伍,创造科研成果。

The paper discussed how college students efficiently make a systematic scientific research project planning,and described processes and precautions from three aspects. Topics focused on how to choose topics, write effectively the research returns, and it discussed research process based on our practice. By introducing the system planning and analysis of scientific research projects, we encourage college students to actively join the research team, to create research achievements.
