摘要
知识管理是数字图书馆与电子政务结合的媒介,政府信息公开则使二者结合成为必然。基于数字图书馆的电子政务可以解决很多电子政务发展过程中遇到的技术问题。电子政务系统由电子政府、数字图书馆以及知识管理平台三部分组成。
The knowledge management is the medium about the digital library and the e-government, and the publicity of government affairs causes the union of the two inevitably. Many technical questions in the developing process of the electronic government affairs can be solved through the electronic government affairs system based on the digital library.The system is composed by three parts： the electronic government, digital library and the ＂platform of knowledge management.
