摘要
2010年,西南5省遭遇了历史罕见的特大旱灾。本文基于这次旱情引发了当前林业信息化建设对灾难预警及突发性应急管理方面的预测分析和对策思考。
In 2010, southwest 5 provinces have encountered the historical rare extraordinary drought. This article has initiated based on this drought forecast analysis and the countermeasure thought on the current forestry informationization construction and burst emergency management.
