摘要
文章总结了14年来中国农业科学院执行引进国外先进农业科学技术计划(以下简称"948"计划)取得的效果,分析了"948"项目引进与引进后消化吸收再创新工作的关系,从引进原则、重点领域、立项新思路、项目策划要点等方面提出了新见解,旨在为未来"948"选题提供借鉴。
Background and effects of the Importation of Foreign Advanced Agricultural Science and Technology Program were reviewed. The relationship between importation and innovation in carrying out this program was analyzed. New insights related to basic principles, main fields and important aspects of importation were summarized to improve project design.
