Achievements and problems in the Agricultural High-Teeh Demonstration Zone in Tianjin, which was established a decade ago, were summarized in the paper. Under the background of rapidly developing protected agriculture in Tianjin, ideas and objectives were put forward, i.e., clustering resources of Tianjin Academy of Agricultural science and technology, and constantly improving its scientific and technological innovation ability in protected agriculture, the ability of leading and supporting, demonstration and services. C were suggested, that is setting park for its environment, leading park by projects, strengthening vigor of park by talents and vitalizing park by opening up.
