祥光铜业冶炼烟气制酸装置运行实践与改进 被引量:11

摘要 介绍了采用奥图泰高浓度SO_2转化技术的祥光铜业700 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置运行情况,装置投产以来运行稳定,进转化器φ(SO_2)14.0%~16.7%,平均转化率在99.93%以上,吸收率在99.99%以上,排放尾气ρ(SO_2)不超过400mg/m^3。针对装置运行中存在的一些问题,对生产工艺和设备进行了改进和优化,使得制酸装置运行指标更加合理、设备运行更加稳定,各项指标均达到或超过设计值。 Two years' operation of 700 kt/a metallurgical acid plant in Xiangguang Copper Co.,Ltd.using OUTOTEC' s conversion technology for processing high-grade SO2 gas is described.The plant operated stably with SO2 concentration at converter inlet of 14.0%-16.7%,average conversion efficiency over 99.93%,absorption efficiency over 99.99%and SO2 concentration in tail gas less than 400 mg/m^3.In order to solve some problems existing in the plant,the production process and equipment were improved and optimized.With more reasonable operation indexes and more steady equipment running,the every operation index of the suphuric plant reached or was superior to design values.
