摘要
江铜-瓮福400 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置酸原料硫精砂硫含量高、砷、氟含量低,针对硫铁矿烧渣铁含量高[w(Fe)>55%]的特点,采用硫精砂选矿富集-返渣配高品位硫精砂焙烧副产高品位烧渣的综合利用方案,烧渣w(Fe)在62%以上、有效硫w(S)在0.3%以下,完全满足炼铁原料质量要求。近一年多的生产实践表明,江铜-瓮福硫铁矿烧渣综合利用是成功的,硫酸装置各项工艺指标正常。w(Fe)62%烧渣产量达到191 kt/a,经济效益可观。
Pyrite concentrate fed to Jiangtong-Wengfu' s 400 kt/a sulphuric acid plant had high sulphur content and low arsenic and fluoride content,and the cinder had high iron content,55%.For recovering iron from the cinder,the mixture of concentrated pyrite with cinder was roasted to produce the cinder with62%iron content and0.3%available sulphur content,which completely met the quality requirements for iron-making raw materials. Over one year of production practice showed that the comprehensive utilization of pyrite cinder in Jiangtong-Wengfu was successful and every operation index of sulphuric acid plant was normal.The yield of cinder with 62%iron content reached 191kt/a and economic efficiency was significant.
