摘要
本试验采用平皿打孔法检测G9桉叶的水提液、石油醚萃取物、氯仿萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物及萃取后剩余物对各试验菌株的药物敏感性,并用圆形滤纸径向层析法对各抗菌组分进行成分分析。结果显示该桉叶抗菌有效部位为乙酸乙酯组分、正丁醇组分及萃取后剩余组分;其抗菌有效成分为酚类、黄酮类、皂甙、甾体、氨基酸、萜类。
The drug susceptibility of extract from G9 Eucalyptus leaves by aqueous, petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, N-butanol and extracted residues were tested with plate-holing methods, respectively. The antibacterial components were analysed by radial circular filter paper chromatography. The results showed that the effective parts of Eucalyptus were ethyl acetate fraction, N-butanol fraction and extracted residues fraction; the antibacterial active ingredients were phenols, flavonoids, saponins, steroids, amino acids and terpenoids.
