摘要
选用中草药组成方Ⅰ、方Ⅱ,分别以1%、2%、3%的剂量对人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎进行治疗试验。结果表明,两中草药组方治疗人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎均有效,治愈率在76.7%以上。经统计学分析,处方Ⅱ2%添加组,连用5d效果最好,治愈率和增重优于其他治疗组,差异极显著(P<0.01)。
Chinese herbal prescriptionⅠandⅡwere tested in the treatment for infectious laryngotracheitis in artificial infected chicken at the dosage of 1%, 2% and 3%, respectively. The results showed that both of the herbal prescription could treat avian infectious laryngotracheitis effectively with a curative ratio of more than 76.7%. Statistical analysis showed that the group treated with chinese herbal prescriptionⅡin the proportion of 2% for 5 days given the optimal curative ratio and chicken growth（P0.01） compared with other groups. Chinese herbal medicine has promotional value in the treatment for avian infectious laryngotracheitis.
