含柔性链SiO_2/EP纳米杂化材料的固化动力学

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了聚硅酸溶胶,在其表面接枝柔性链段并以此为前驱物,通过原位聚合法制备了SiO2/EP纳米杂化材料。利用差示扫描量热仪对杂化材料的固化动力学进行了研究。采用Kissinger和Crane等方法,利用不同升温速率下的DSC曲线,分别求出固化体系的表观活化能Ea、反应级数n和频率因子A等参数,得出了固化体系的反应动力学方程。 Polysilcic acid(PSA)is successfully synthesized by sol-gel,and the SiO2/epoxy resin(EP)nano-hybrid material is prepared by PSA grafted flexible chain as precursor in situ technique.The kinetic curing reaction of hybrid materials performs by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) technique at different heating rate.The reaction activation energy Ea,the reaction order n and pre-exponential factor A are determined according to Kissinger and Crane equations,and the reaction kinetic equation is set up.
