摘要
结合优化技术和有限元分析,提出了正交各向异性复合材料结构材料参数的识别方法。通过建立以测量位移与有限元计算的相应位移之差的平方和作为目标函数,把参数识别问题转化为极小化目标函数的问题。采用Levenberg-Marquardt方法解极小化目标函数的问题,其中灵敏度的计算是基于复合材料的有限元离散结构的求解方程对识别的材料参数求导。基于有限元软件ABAQUS,进行了参数识别算法软件设计,编制了可以计算结点位移对材料参数的灵敏度的用户单元程序。数值算例表明本文提出的方法是有效的。
A material parameter identification method for orthotropic composite structure by the approach of integrating optimization and finite element analysis is proposed.The parameter identification is formulated as minimizing the objective function defined as a square sum of differences between the measured and calculated data on displacements.Levenberg-Marquardt method is used to solve the minmization problem,with the sensitivity analysis based on the differentiation of the discretized algebraic finite elernent matrix equations with respect to meterial parameter.The software based on ABAQUS is designed for parameter identification algorithm.The users element program loaded by the software is coded to compute the sensitivity with respect to material parameter.Numerical examples show that the method for parameter identification is effective.
