摘要 八钢公司A类关键设备——烧结制粒机,采用800kw电机、液力调速偶和器和减速机来传递动力,电机额定转速976r/min额定电流1600A,液力调速型偶合器YOTPC875/1000,减速机型号为SQAS1845-Ⅰ-DXNH-25.46。在2008年4月20日开始液力调速型耦合器运行噪声突然增大,振动也明显增大。 In April 2008,the operating noise produced from the hydraulic coupling of a sintering machine-the key equipment of Bagang steel Company suddenly raised.Through vibration measurement analysis,spectral analysis,and fault diagnosis,it was found that there were some faults existing in the bearing of the hydraulic coupling and they led to the increase in the vibration amplitude and velocity,so the operating noise suddenly raised.After shutdown and repairing,the bearing was recovered and an accident was prevented.
