内陆保税港区的发展与法律制度创新

Development of Inland bonded Port Area and Innovation Law System

我国内陆保税港区是在借鉴国外自由贸易区的基础上发展起来的,并以创建世界一流的自由贸易区为目标,是我国内陆对外开放程度最高的特殊经济区域,是我国内陆经济发展的创新模式。针对内陆保税港区法律制度的现状,借鉴国外自由贸易区的法律制度,对我国内陆保税港区法律制度进行创新,才能应对内陆保税港区的全新发展。

China＇s inland bonded port areas are developed referring foreign free trade zone.The goal is to create world-class free trade,and it is a special economic region with highest degree of openning up and an innovational mode of developing inland economy.To current law system of inland bonded port area,referring to foreign free trade zone laws,we try to innovate the law system of China＇s inland bonded port area in order to meet the new development.
