农民工的社会分层及其权利实现

Migrant Workers' Social Stratification and the Realization of Their Equal Rights

基于农民工在个人能力、个人需要及个人意识方面的自身特点,造成其位居中国社会分层格局中的弱势序位,使其平等权利受损。在此前提下,由于中国社会在"身份"与"契约"之间的徘徊,而致其从内部催生了社会资源配置体系的偏颇建构,由此导致农民工平等权难以实现。为此,以科负国家义务为主,并辅以社会、农民工承担相应义务,进而改变各方主体行为的运行方向,不失为实现农民工平等权利的方略。

On account of characteristics of personal ability,personal needs and personal consciousness of migrant workers in itself,which engenders their weak sequence in the structure of social stratification in China,and a serious defect of their equal rights.Under the premise,owing to the difficult hovering between ＂identity＂ and ＂contract＂ of Chinese society,which midwifery the prejudiced construction of the allocation system of social resources from inside,and outside into the wanton breeding of the ＂social exclusion＂ phenomenon,have brought the obstacles of realization of migrant workers＇ equal rights.Therefore,by main means of national obligation,supplemented by society＇s and migrant workers＇ undertaking corresponding obligations,and then altering the function direction of every subject＇s behavior,can yet be regarded as a path attempting of realization of migrant workers in context of their weak social stratification.
