欧盟共同农业政策经历了由促进农村经济增长到促进农村经济可持续发展的转变。在不同的农业政策时期,欧盟采取了比较科学而有效的支农政策手段,取得了较明显的政策效果。欧盟农业政策变迁的启示是应当根据经济形势的需要,确立我国农业政策的目标;应当根据农业政策的目标,完善支农政策的手段和方式。

The EU＇s Common Agricultural Policy has undergone the transformation from the rural economic growth to the sustainable development of rural economy. In different periods,the EU adopted some more scientific and effective instruments for agriculture policies,which have made the more obvious effect of policies. The transformation of the EU Agricultural Policy gives us some inspiration that China＇s agricultural policy objectives should be based on economic situation of the country and the government should improve the methods and means of agricultural supporting policies.
