摘要
人的全面发展是人的需要、人的活动及其能力、人的社会关系、人的自由个性等方面由片面到全面、由畸形到完整、由贫乏到丰富、从潜在到现实的发展,其中,人的需要的全面发展构成了人的全面发展的逻辑起点和原初动力,以劳动能力为核心的能力体系的完善构成了人的全面发展的实质,人的社会关系的丰富与和谐构成了人的全面发展的重要标志,人的自由个性的形成构成了人的全面发展的最高目标和终极归宿。
The all-round development means that the developments including the human needs,the activities and its capacities,the social relations and the freedom of individuality ,from the one-sided to full,from the abnormal development to complete development,from the potential to reality. Among them,the all-round development of human needs is the logical beginning and the primary motive force.The perfection of capability system whose core is labor capacity is the essence of individual all-round development. The rich and harmonious social relation is the important sign of the individual all-round development. The formation of individuality is the highest goal of the all-round development.
