笼式绞线机摇篮架的退扭机构的优化设计

摘要 详细地阐述了退扭运动在绞线时的作用,介绍了笼式绞线机退扭机构的几种结构形式,着重地分析了笼式绞线机摇篮式放线架退扭机构的演化过程,指出了老式机构所存在的问题。在深入调查和研究的基础上,经过第一次和第二次地改进设计,最终形成了较为合理的新型的退扭机构。 In this paper, the role played by the backtwisting movement in the wire stranding process is discussed in detail. Several constructions of the backtwisting mechanism in the cage-type stranding machines are introduced, focus being laid on the evolution of the backtwisting mechanism of the cradle pay-off in the cage-type stranding machines. The problems with the old-fashioned constructions of the backtwisting mechanism were identified. Based on deep in- vestigation and study, a new type, more rational construction of the backtwisting mechanism was successfully developed after the first and second modifications.
