摘要
从浙江、江西等地采集的土样中以顺丁烯二酸酐为基础碳源,筛选分离到1株对灰葡萄孢有抑制作用的细菌a1,并通过形态特征、生理生化特性鉴定和16S rDNA基因序列分析,初步确定为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis。
From the soil samples collected in Zhejiang, Jiangxi, etc., a bacterium a1, which could produce the substance against Botrytis cinerea, was isolated using maleic anhydride-based carbon source. Through morphological, physiological and biochemical characterization and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, it was preliminarily identified as Bacillus subtilis.
