复合外源活性物质对敌敌畏造成苋菜毒害的缓解效果 被引量:2

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究敌敌畏胁迫条件下,复合外源活性物质对苋菜药害的缓解效果。结果表明:在敌敌畏胁迫下,苋菜体内的SOD、CAT、POD活性均表现为先上升后下降的趋势。喷施复合外源活性物质后,这3种酶活性前3天总体水平高于农药单独处理,随后逐渐下降,最终活性低于农药单独处理。此外,施用复合外源活性物质后,苋菜产量也较农药单独处理有所增加,叶绿体含量下降趋势减缓。说明喷施复合外源活性物质后,可增强植物体内抗氧化酶活性,从而缓解农药对其产生的伤害。 The soil culture experiment was used to study on the effect of composite exogenous substances on releasing the hazard of pesticide of dichlorvos in amaranth. The result showed that the activity of SOD, CAT and POD in amaranth presented a downward trend after rising at first under the stress of the pesticide of dichlorvos. After spurting extraneous substances, the activities of SOD, CAT and POD were higher than the pesticide comparison on the first 3 days, but then was lower than the pesticide control. These results showed that the applying of composite exogenous substances increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes, thereby reduce the damage of pesticide on the crop.
