教育权利：从机会均等到实现权利保障的平等--关于教育公平研究的综述

Education Right:from Equal Opportumity to Equal Guarantee

对教育公平的研究不外乎是关于教育公平所涉及到的受教育权利和实现机制的公平性及其评价的研究。具体为对受教育权利的研究,其中最为核心的就是对教育机会均等的研究;更进一步的就是对受教育权利或受教育机会均等的实现机制,即对教育资源配置公平的研究;再进一步就是对怎样评价这种受教育权利及其实现机制,即对教育(资源配置)公平测度的研究。

Research on educational equity is about the right of education and the guarantee system of its implementation and the review on the above mentioned two issues. Among the researches, the major one foeuses on the right of being educated, espeeially the equal opportunity of education. Further more, it goes to the research on the guarantee system of the equal educational right and opportunity, or the equity of the distribution of edueational resources. Finally it touches on the review of the equal educational right and opportunity and its guarantee system, or the measurement of the equity of education and the distribution of edueational resources.
